Some time at home after chemo. Last 5 days feeling of upcoming cold, that fortunately is not breaking through - even though blood cells were at minimum (day 10 to 14). I would feel terrible to go back into hospital even in between chemos because of fever so I am staying in the house or dressing very safely with this wishy-washy weather... It's such a shame summer has not yet started, because I am in the mood for enjoying, dancing, walking, cycling, going to the seaside for a day... Eager to live and act - yet very tired - I also seem to have circles around my eyes from tiredness that even with a long good night don't disappear - bwah.
It is so hard to get my life back on the right track: there are apparently 2 tracks with a change in front of me: one that is short with dead end running through a rough landscape and one that relatively longer, going through a more beautiful landscape. I don't know at all when the change is being changed and how landscapes will be exactly, but I do know one thing for sure: Johan and I had imagined our train journey to be totally different than this and there is no way back to the sunny landscape of before... We'll have to make the best out of it: without certainties, without future perspectives and plans, without little kids, ... But hopefully with intense joy of live, every day that is given. And maybe with a miracle that saves us from the worst scenario for a very very long time...
I have started with piano lessons : fantastic to make some music to ligthen up the day!
